1How far in advance do orders need to be placed?
All orders must be placed 2 weeks in advance. For weddings, contact us at least 2 months prior to your date.
2Can I place an order online?
Yes! You can place one through the order form and we will contact you with a quote by text or e-mail.
3What is the delivery fee?
Delivery fee is a flat rate of $15 within the first 15 miles. An additional $10 will be added between 20-30 miles.
4Do you deliver out of state?
We will travel to the bordering states of Georgia (Alabama, Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, and Tennessee). Contact us to inquire about pricing and delivery fees.
5Do you offer shipping?
At this moment, we do not offer shipping.
6What is Sam & Izzy's Refund/Cancellation policy?
CANCELLATION : We do understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise but full refunds will not be provided. Your initial deposit can go towards a future order. If the order was paid in FULL, there will be a 50% REFUND at least 2 weeks before the event date. If canceled after the two weeks, a 50% CREDIT will be provided for a future order. REFUNDS : All sales are FINAL unless dissatisfaction is expressed at time of pickup/delivery. The order must be given back to receive a 50% credit towards a future order. No credits will be issued after an order has been received, approved, or consumed.
7Is a deposit required for all orders?
All orders over $65 require a 50% deposit to secure the date. All orders under $65 must be paid in full. Week of orders must be paid in full!
8What method of payments do you take?
We use square invoice to take payments by using a debit or credit card. Cash, Cash app, Checks, or Money orders are accepted. NO DEPOSIT = NO CAKE
